My Second Favorite Way To Workout

For some reason, as a kid I didn’t do a lot of sports.  My parents just didn’t see that as a priority in my formative years, and that was fine at the time, as there was plenty of other things we did as a family.  But, as I’ve gotten older, I seem to have developed an addiction to physical activity.  And it’s not just working out for the sake of losing weight or putting on muscle, but for the sheer joy of the activity.  While I’ve mentioned numerous times here on this blog, that playing squash was by far my favorite workout, I’m sure there are plenty of inquiring minds out there that simply need to know what my second favorite activity is.  Well, I’m here to let you know.
