A quick search on the internet for information about the holiday resort of Cap d’Agde can leave many potential visitors assuming that this sunny seaside destination is only really suitable if you are a naturist! I’m often asked if there’s any culture to be had at Cap d’Agde, surely the resort lacks any history? While the resort itself may not be that old the surrounding areas are steeped in history. The nearby town of Agde has been around for the last 2600 years! Don’t forget also that the historic city of Montpellier is less than half an hour away.

Don’t make your mind up about Cap d’Agde until you’ve been here, there really is so much to see and do. Truly a great family destination, with something for everyone.
