How does one of the most talented NFL teams this year outperform their opponents by over a hundred yards per game in the last four games, but still end up with a record of 1-4? Well, if you were just guessing off the top of your head, then might say things like bad luck, too many turn overs, bad reffing, or lousy timing. But, in this particular case, your not quite right. The Cowboys in spite of all their natural and ingrained talent are losing simply because of a lack of discipline. And that conclusion is supported by the number of penalties they are taking. Right now, if you look at a certain undesirable statistic, the Cowboys are on a 10 game winning streak.

But hey you say, what ever could that streak be? Well, for the past 10 games, the Cowboys have beaten their opponents in total penalty yards. No other team in the league even comes close to that streak. Checking the NFL portal, I think the next closest team has a four game streak. That’s a pretty damning number when you think about it a bit. Giving up a hundred or so yards in penalties, is almost like giving away a touchdown every game. Watersports Are A Blast

I can’t imagine a time in my life, when I didn’t spend a lot of time near the water. Everywhere I’ve ever lived, has been in close proximity to some large body of water. All my life I’ve participated in multiple activities that involved water. At a very young age, I learned to swim on the east coast of Canada in New Brunswick. This was long before heated pools were popular, and I can tell you from experience, that New Brunswick doesn’t exactly have hot summers. Oneil Wetsuits would have been great to have when I was taking those early morning swim lessons.

As I’ve grown older, and had a bit more money to play around with bigger (and more expensive) water toys, I’ve spent time on dingy sailboats, jet skis, scuba diving, and lately a full sized 30 foot displacement sailboat. Even though I’ve done all my scuba diving in the tropics, I wouldn’t hesitate to wear a wetsuit like the Quiksilver Wetsuit. They’d also be great for dingy sailboats. Once you get into the large displacement boats things should generally be pretty dry on deck. If they’re not, then your going to have bigger troubles than what to wear.

One thing I haven’t tried yet though, is surfing. It seems a lot more financially affordable then sailing, and also puts you right in touch with the environment. I like that thought of that. While sailing is great for getting outdoors, the bigger boats seem to insulate you a bit more from nature. I’ve been looking at some xcel wetsuits for my next set of surfing lessons.
